Whether you have a house, townhouse or flat that you want to let out or youre looking for a place to rent
· We advertise in the local newspapers on a weekly basis, as well as with a company called Home Info and on the Internet with Private Property.
· Our updated list is faxed through to all prospective tenants.
· After the property has been viewed the tenant is given an application to complete. A copy of their ID is requested and a latest pay slip, if self employed 3 months bank statements will be required.
· Present Agents or Landlords are called for feed back and credit checks done. Once we have agreed on the tenant, the lease period will be discussed.
· The lease will then be signed by all relevant parties, revenue stamps will be placed on the lease agreement and a copy sent to you for your records
· We inspect the property once the tenant has been in for +/- 4 to 5 weeks and approximately every 4 months thereafter. Written feed back will be given.
· Once the rent is showing in our account we will pay all monthly expense and surplus monies transferred into the banking account that you have given us on the Lessor Details.
· We will pay the levies over to the Body Corporate on your behalf and charge the tenants for electricity used.
